Challenge

The club needed a collection that would meet three requirements at once: withstand intensive training, stay visually consistent with the brand book, and be delivered in the same standard to all 12 branches. Their previous supplier delivered the product in three colour variants ("each branch its own version") — the board finally wanted consistency.

What we did

We started by reworking the T-shirt construction so it would sit identically on a senior and a junior player (two fits on one master construction). We then set up the process so every element of the collection would pass through the same QC checkpoints, regardless of style.

Stages

  • Brief + brand book analysis (1 week)
  • Construction and prototype, 3 iterations (3 weeks)
  • Colour sampling + material tests (2 weeks)
  • Series production in-house (6 weeks)
  • QC + kit assembly + distribution (2 weeks)

Outcome

Collection delivered before the season, in one standard to all 12 branches. The club placed a reorder for the next series (without re-briefing) — because the process was documented well enough to resume production from the same documentation.
