Challenge

The brand wanted an "outdoor premium" capsule that would stand on the same shelf as European premium brands — but at half the price. Every detail had to look like design-grade, not factory-grade.

What we did

We rebuilt the construction based on a reference analysis — focused on finishes (taped seams, zippers, ribbons). Prototype iterated 4 times before production was approved.

Stages

  • Brief + brand book analysis (1 week)
  • Construction and prototype, 3 iterations (3 weeks)
  • Colour sampling + material tests (2 weeks)
  • Series production in-house (6 weeks)
  • QC + kit assembly + distribution (2 weeks)

Outcome

Collection delivered before the season, in one standard to all 12 branches. The club placed a reorder for the next series (without re-briefing) — because the process was documented well enough to resume production from the same documentation.
