Challenge

The company grew from 4 to 12 sites in a year — apparel in the old standard wasn't scalable any more. Each site bought something different, the brand was unreadable on construction sites.

What we did

We built one collection standard with 18 sizes (S–4XL with extras). Introduced an ordering process tied to the brand book, so every site orders the same product in the same quality.

Stages

  • Brief + brand book analysis (1 week)
  • Construction and prototype, 3 iterations (3 weeks)
  • Colour sampling + material tests (2 weeks)
  • Series production in-house (6 weeks)
  • QC + kit assembly + distribution (2 weeks)

Outcome

Collection delivered before the season, in one standard to all 12 branches. The club placed a reorder for the next series (without re-briefing) — because the process was documented well enough to resume production from the same documentation.
