Challenge

The club needed a collection that meets sport requirements on one hand, and creates a fan-shop brand sellable beyond match days on the other.

What we did

We split production into two tracks: match (technical specs) and fan-shop (collector pieces, better materials). Club launched its first e-shop with merch.

Stages

  • Brief + brand book analysis (1 week)
  • Construction and prototype, 3 iterations (3 weeks)
  • Colour sampling + material tests (2 weeks)
  • Series production in-house (6 weeks)
  • QC + kit assembly + distribution (2 weeks)

Outcome

Collection delivered before the season, in one standard to all 12 branches. The club placed a reorder for the next series (without re-briefing) — because the process was documented well enough to resume production from the same documentation.
